Farah is the Head of E-commerce at Coty, overseeing operations in the Middle East and Africa. Previously, spearheaded Beauty and non-fashion at Namshi, elevating luxury and accessible beauty brands through innovative activations and collaborations. Her initiatives included innovative activations, as well as pioneering Omni-channel strategies by launching a major beauty brand exclusively online, supported by in-mall experiences. Before her current role, Farah accumulated diverse experience in organizations such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), P&G, private equity, and investment banking. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the launch of one of UAE's first marketplace storefronts on Amazon (formerly Souq.com). With 19 years of regional expertise, she now also shares her insights by consulting with local businesses on e-commerce and product strategies.
