Vidya Breeveld is a market access and real-world evidence expert with nearly two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical industry, market access consultancy, and health data innovation. She has held senior roles in pricing, reimbursement, public affairs, and market access at leading pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, AbbVie, and Sanofi, where she supported complex reimbursement procedures and product launches in highly regulated healthcare systems. Vidya is the founder of Keen Access Insights, a boutique consultancy supporting biotech and biopharma companies with early, integrated market access strategies aligned with HTA, payer, and commercialization requirements. Through this work, she has consistently observed that traditional evidence-generation models struggle to deliver timely, patient-relevant data for real-world decision-making. She is also the founder and CEO of Transmineo, an emerging health data and evidence-enablement platform focused on patient-centric real-world evidence generation. Transmineo explores the use of tokenization and incentive mechanisms to responsibly engage patients as active contributors to evidence, while operating within evolving European data governance frameworks. The platform aims to bridge persistent evidence gaps by combining trustworthy governance, secure infrastructure, and innovative incentive models. Originally trained as a veterinarian, Vidya holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and is formally qualified to teach at university level. She brings a systems-level perspective to evidence generation—connecting patient experience, regulatory and HTA requirements, and sustainable access pathways. At the World Evidence, Pricing and Access Congress 2026, Vidya will discuss how tokenization tools can be used to enable patient incentives for real-world evidence generation, and how these emerging models may reshape future access and reimbursement decision-making.
